2005 Ford Explorer issues

 I am looking for some advise on two issues. My driver side passenager window motor has been replaced for the 5th time in less than a year. Today serivce told me that the reason it keeps going out is because we don't use it enough....! The other issue that goes along with this is the since we purchased this directly from a dealer we have had issues with the turn signals working intermittently. I have taken this to the dealer several times to have them tell me each time that they can't find anything wrong. Finally... I got it to repeat for them, however since they turned the vechile off and let it sit for a night they can't get it to repeat for them and want to give it back. Any recomendations on what might be causing these two issues. If I had to guess it would be something electrical.
